Ricoh has been steadily working on expanding its range of laser printers, introducing a new model every few months. TrustedReviews picked one of Ricoh’s entry-level color laser printers, the Ricoh Aficio CL1000N. (I believe TR forgot to add the ‘N’) This color laser prints at a speed of 8 pages per […]

Ricoh introduced 2 new color laser printers today, the Ricoh SP C410DN and the Ricoh SP C411DN. Both printers are identical except that C411DN is slightly faster. As their name does suspect, they both come with an integrated 10/100 BaseTX Ethernet interface as well as a duplexing unit. The C410DN can print […]

Infoworld compared two oversize color laser printers, the Ricoh Aficio CL7300D and the Xerox Phaser 7400DN. The Xerox Phaser 7400DN is actually a LED printer. Both are pretty high-end with advertised printing speeds between 35 and 40 pages per minute. Both also come with built-in network connectivity and a duplexer. Infoworld […]

Ricoh introduced a new color laser multifunction product today, the Ricoh Aficio SP C210SF. They should probably give it a nickname since the product numbers are getting ridiculous. However, the C210SF prints at 8 pages per minute (ppm) in color and 31 ppm monochrome, not quite a single-pass laser printer. This laser […]

The Ricoh Aficio G7500, launched in November 2005 is quite the printer. As I stated when the G7500 got introduced, it’s not really a laser printer: it has no laser and no LEDs yet it does seem to perform like one. PC Magazine therefore elegantly describes this Aficio G7500 as a laser-class printer. […]

Ricoh launched the Aficio G7500 today. You might remember the review of the Aficio G700 where we stated that the G700 isn’t really a laser printer but acts like one. Same goes for the Ricoh Aficio G7500, there is no light source whatsoever (laser / led) involved in the printing, but it behaves […]
